French Police Kill 3 Gunmen to End Hostage Crises

The brutal killings of 12 people in a coordinated attack against the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo by suspected Islamic militants has raised concerns about transnational networks of radicalized fighters — inspired or even directed by al-Qaida groups.
