Voters in Zambia are casting ballots Tuesday in an election to replace the late President Michael Sata, who died in October. Eleven candidates are on the ballot, but the top contenders are Defense Minister Edgar Lungu of Mr. Sata's patriotic front party and Hakainde Hichilema, who heads the opposition, United Party for National Development. For the latest, VOA’s Vincent Makori is joined via live Skype by reporter Gillian Parker, from Lusaka, Zambia.
