Cuba and the United States will open embassies in each other's capitals for the first time in half a century. US Secretary of State John Kerry says he will be there when the US Flag goes up in Havana in Late July. Although opposition continues in the US Congress, President Obama says Americans and Cubans alike want normal relations.
