Security is tight at New Year celebrations in cities around the world, as authorities confront threatened possible terror attacks against public celebrations. On high alert was Jakarta, Indonesia, where police uncovered plans for a terror attack on the capital during the festivities. VOA's Sarah Williams spoke with Magnus Ranstorp, who heads terrorism research at the Swedish National Defence College in Stockholm.
