VOA Asia - U.N. special human rights says she can't visit Myanmar

The United Nation's special human rights envoy to Myanmar says the government is barring her from visiting the country to assess the situation in the East Asian nation. The United States and Canada will co-host a 16-nation summit next month in Canada in a show of solidarity against the escalating threat posed by North Korea's nuclear program.
