Danish golfer Thomas Bjorn and Jamie Donaldson of Wales share the lead after the second round of the European PGA Tour's European Open at the K-Club in Ireland.
Bjorn shot a 3-under-par 69 in the second round while Donaldson had a 2-under-par 70. Both golfers are 5-under-par 139 for the tournament.
Five golfers -- Darren Clarke of Northern Ireland, Anders Hansen of Denmark, Brett Rumford of Australia, and Englishmen Graeme Storm and Jonathan Lomas -- are tied for second, one stroke off the leaders.
Two-time U.S. Open champion Retief Goosen of South Africa is part of a large group of golfers two strokes off the lead at 3-under-par 141. This year's U.S. Open champion, Michael Campbell of New Zealand, fired an even-par 72 Friday and is tied for 56th place at 2-over-par 146.
The tournament is being played on the K-Club Course in Straffan, County Kildare, Ireland, the site of the 2006 Ryder Cup competition between the United States and Europe.
