Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown, who gave birth to Eddie Murphy's daughter in April, reportedly married her boyfriend Steven Belafonte in June.
Access Hollywood entertainment television show reports the 32-year-old Spice Girl was scheduled to appear August 8 on Larry King Live, but cancelled due to illness.
Belafonte is a movie producer whose recent credits include Sisters and Thank You For Smoking.
Brown will rejoin her four Spice Girls groupmates for a reunion tour in December and January.
Last week, Eddie Murphy acknowledged paternity of his daughter Angel, one day after Brown took legal action to establish him as the father.
