Civilians Gradually Return to Demined Raqqa Neighborhoods

As U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continue to clear Raqqa of explosives left behind by the Islamic State, civilians are starting to return to their homes — even as most of the city remains destroyed. VOA’s Mahmoud Bali reports from the region.
