Crawfish – or crayfish – are small freshwater crustaceans that resemble small lobsters. And in the southern U.S. state of Louisiana they have become something people cannot live without. VOA’s Enming Liu and Lin Yang visited southern Louisiana to discover the culture and give us a taste of the famous Louisiana crawfish boil.
