The number of Covid-19 related deaths topped 41 thousand in the United States. The country has by far the world's largest number of confirmed coronavirus cases, with more than 740,000 infections. Governors across the country say they cannot reopen safely without testing. President Trump on Sunday touted the number of tests being conducted while at the same time saying it is up to states to come up with testing.
