Two new studies, one from the Penn State University and the other from Canada’s University of Guelph, provide more evidence that eating avocados is good for your health. The Penn State study suggests eating an avocado a day helps lower LDL or bad cholesterol. The University of Guelph study suggests avocados can help people manage obesity and delay or prevent diabetes.
