Thousands of Children Vaccinated in Syria's Raqqa Amid Polio Outbreak

The U.S.-supported group Raqqa Civilian Council says the World Health Organization, UNICEF and other international organizations have helped vaccinate nearly 120,000 children in areas recaptured from IS amid reports of a polio outbreak. VOA's Mahmoud Bali reports.
