Russian officials say 12 people, including three children, have died in a factory fire in Moscow.
Investigators say the blaze erupted Saturday night in a 3,000-square-meter textile factory in the capital.
Pavel Astakhov, Russia's children's rights ombudsman, said Sunday on Twitter that one of the children was a baby.
Authorities say the victims were migrant workers who lived at the factory.
Emergency workers struggled several hours to extinguish the blaze.
There is no word on what may have caused the deadly fire, but authorities have begun an investigation to see whether negligence or arson was involved.
