Thai Flood Waters Move in on Bangkok
Thai authorities say it is only a matter of time before flood waters creeping down from the north seep into central Bangkok, though it is still not clear how widespread or deep they could get. Meanwhile, the residents in Thailand's capital city are scrambling to shore up last-minute defenses against the rising water.
