Steelers Rout Unbeaten Eagles in NFL Action

update

There are no longer any undefeated teams in the National Football League, after the surging Pittsburgh Steelers beat the visiting cross-state rival Philadelphia Eagles 27-3 on Sunday.

Pittsburgh rookie quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who is now 6-0 as a starter, drove the Steelers to scores on their first three possessions. Wide receiver Ward Hines scored on a 16-yard reverse and a 20-yard reception, while running back Jerome Bettis scampered for 149 yards in his 55th career 100-yard game.

The victory comes one week after the Steelers knocked off the NFL's only other undefeated team with a 34-20 win over the New England Patriots.
