Two more people have tested positive for bird flu in northern Vietnam.
Officials at the Institute for Tropical Diseases in Hanoi said Friday that the two had been at the hospital for a week.
A 17-year-old girl came from Nam Dinh province, 100 kilometers south of Hanoi, while a woman of 40 from Quang Ninh province bordering China also tested positive for the H5N1 virus.
Since the end of 2003, bird flu has killed 33 Vietnamese, 12 Thais and two Cambodians.
Cambodia is waiting for the results of tests done on an 18-year-old man who died Tuesday.
