At least 46 people were killed Sunday in a bus crash in Ecuador.
Several of the victims were children. The accident happened near the town of Papallacta, about 60 kilometers east of Quito.
Five children who survived the accident were being treated at a hospital in Quito.
Emergency personnel said they had few other details.
