A NATO soldier is dead and another is wounded following rocket attack in Afghanistan's capital, Kabul.
NATO's International Security Assistance Force said Thursday that NATO soldiers exchanged small arms fire with insurgents before calling in air support against the militants.
The nationalities of the soldiers were not released.
More than 3,700 people have died in insurgency-related violence this year as militants have stepped up attacks against Western and Afghan security forces.
