Will Justin Timberlake be bringing sexy back to his home state of Tennessee? A battle is raging in the southern state's legislature, regarding the image of the popular singer.
Senator Ophelia Ford introduced a resolution to honor the Memphis-area native for what she terms his "Meritorious service to the state of Tennessee." Other legislators, however, have objected to the measure, citing the often risque nature of his song lyrics and titles.
Justin Timberlake was also involved in Janet Jackson's 2004 "wardrobe malfunction," in which her breast was exposed on national television during the Super Bowl football championship game. Justin Timberlake's publicist has not commented.
