The Zimbabwe Warriors found themselves knocked out of the Cosafa Castle Cup tournament in Maputo, Mozambique, on the weekend after missing a crucial penalty shot and enabling Mozambique to advance to the next leg.
Some fans applauded Warriors Coach Charles Mhlauri's strategy of fielding a team of mainly locally based players - he had little choice given that most of the foreign-based Zimbabwean players were unavailable - but were disappointed at the loss.
