Soccer star David Beckham and his wife, former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, have purchased a home in the upscale Southern California neighborhood of Beverly Hills.
Their spokesman Jeff Raymond offered no details other than a July move-in date.
The Los Angeles Times reports the celebrity couple paid $22 million for the 3,900 square meter home, which overlooks both the city and the Pacific Ocean.
The 32-year-old Beckham has signed a five-year deal with Major League Soccer's Los Angeles Galaxy, and will join the team this summer.
