The judicial watchdog, The International Bar Association is expressing concern about the rule of law in Malawi. The organization is sending a team to investigate charges of government-sponsored intimidation of judges. Mark Ellis is the Executive Director of the International Bar Association, The I-B-A. He told reporter Chinedu Offor the team will meet with government officials to find ways to improve the situation.He spoke on the reasons behind the I-B-A's decision to visit Malawi.
