The Seattle Storm has defeated the Connecticut Sun 67-65 to force a decisive third game in the Women's National Basketball Association Finals.
Connecticut's Nykesha Sales scored an WNBA Finals record 32 points Sunday, but missed a 3-point-shot as time expired to allow Seattle to tie the best-of-three series at one win each.
Betty Lennox scored a season-high 27 points for Seattle. Lauren Jackson had 15 points and 11 rebounds and Sue Bird added 10 points for the Storm, who improved to 4-0 at home in the postseason.
Seattle drew 17,072 fans to the Key Arena for the game and expect to have a similar crowd behind them for Game 3 Tuesday.
