Golf: Wang Ter-chang Leads Macau Open


Taiwan's Wang Ter-chang made up a three-stroke deficit and is now leading the Macau Open golf tournament in Asia by one stroke Saturday, after three rounds of play.

Wang bogeyed the second hole but then fired five birdies for a 67, four-under-par. Overall, he is 14-under-par, at 202.

One shot behind Wang is American Edward Loar, who had eight birdies on the way to his second straight round of 66. Australian Jarrod Lyle and American Jason Knutzon are tied for third, two shots off the lead, at 204 overall.
