Kyrgyz Election Commission Confirms Bakiyev's Presidential Victory

Kyrgyzstan's election commission has declared interim president Kurmanbek Bakiyev the winner of the nation's presidential vote.

The final statement from the commission shows that 88.71 percent of voters elected Mr. Bakiyev on July 10.
