NBA: Kings' Kevin Martin Scores Career-High 25 Points Against Suns

In National Basketball Association action Tuesday, Sacramento's Kevin Martin scored a career-high 25 points and teammate Kenny Thomas added 22 the Kings routed the Phoenix Suns 119-90. The Kings handed Phoenix - which leads the Pacific Division - its most lopsided loss of the season. Phoenix had won nine of its previous 11 games. The Kings, meanwhile, are in last place in the division with a 16-21 record.

In Tuesday's other game, Utah's Andrei Kirilenko had 18 points, 16 rebounds and 11 assists to lead the Utah Jazz to an easy 111-98 victory over the Toronto Raptors. Kirilenko's double-digit totals in three categories - a "triple double" - marked the first time a member of the Jazz had accomplished the feat since 1999. Teammate Mehmet Okur led all scorers with 29 points; Chris Bosh led Toronto with 27 points.
