Indian officials say at least 40 people may have been killed when a bridge collapsed in the western part of the country.
A senior police official in Rajasthan state, Rajeev Dasot, said Saturday that many bodies are still trapped in the Chambal river, near Kota.
Officials say the bridge was under construction when it collapsed late Thursday, and that an official investigation is under way.
Military divers have been called in to assist with rescue and recovery efforts.
The bridge was being built by South Korea's Hyundai Engineering and Gammon India.
