Search and rescue teams in eastern China are looking for more than 20 people missing after a tugboat sank in the Yangtze River on Thursday afternoon.
The newly-constructed boat was on a test run in the eastern province of Jiangsu when it went down.
Officials said Friday that three people were rescued. Around eight of the missing are foreigners, including people from Singapore, India and Japan.
Rescuers are trying to raise the boat in hopes that some survivors may be trapped inside.
