Bill Cliton says this election is about tomorrow. "I hope you'll do it. I hope you'll elect her. ... In the greatest country on Earth, we have always been about tomorrow. Your children and grandchildren will bless you forever."
And he finishes his speech.
He gets a rousing cheer from the crowd.
It all comes down to the word change-maker.
Bill Clinton says, "Hillary is uniquely qualified to seize this opportunity."
"A real change-maker represents a real threat," is how Bill Clinton sums up the Republican speeches.
"Hillary!" chants erupt, to which Bill Clinton says, "We have to get back on schedule. You guys have to calm down."
Bill Clinton now asks: "How do you square this (his own speech) with what you heard at the Republican convention? You can't. One is real, and one is made up."
Huge cheers from the delegates.
