Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump is no longer presumptive. He IS the nominee, thanks to his home state of New York that pushed him over 1, 237 delegate threshold.

Just moments ago, drama erupted outside the convention hall in Cleveland and VOA reporters were right there. A horde of protesters formed a scrum and made their presence known.
