Hillary Clinton responds by saying it's unfortunate that Donald Trump paints such a dire picture of the African-American community. Trump groans and shakes his head.

Moderator Lester Holt says "stop and frisk" has been ruled unconstitutional in New York City. Holt says it is a form of racial profiling.

Donald Trump argues with Holt, saying it isn't. He then says we need to keep bad people, felons, from getting guns.

Trump says he agrees with Hillary Clinton's responses that better community relationships are needed.

Donald Trump uses his two-minute time to criticize Hillary Clinton for not using the words "law and order."
