VOA's Jerusalem-based correspondent Scott Bobb tells On Assignment's Imran Siddiqui that Iraq's economy is on the upswing a decade after the U.S.-led invasion. But many Iraqis haven't felt the benefits. Scott says high unemployment and a still-volatile post-war security environment have created widespread dissatisfaction among Iraqis, many of whom say they are no better off now than they were 10 years ago under Saddam Hussein.
