US, Russia to Hold Crucial Talks on Syria

Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that any U.S. military action against Syria "would increase violence and unleash a new wave of terrorism." The comments come as U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov plan to meet in Geneva to discuss Moscow's plan for securing Syria's stockpile of chemical weapons, to avoid a threatened U.S. military strike.
