U.S. military planners are talking about greater efforts in Africa to capture the leader of the Lord's Resistance Army, Joseph Kony. Kony's campaign of kidnappings, mass killings, rapes, and the forced conscription of many child soldiers was documented in last year’s “Kony 2012” viral video.
