West Africa remains on high alert for the Ebola virus, which has killed more than 900 people in four countries: Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Nigeria. The outbreak is turning out to be the worst ever for the disease, and VOA health reporter Carol Pearson talks about it with Philip Alexiou.
