New York Buskers Getting Arrested Despite MTA Law

The arrests of public performers, or buskers, in New York City have increased drastically from just a year ago. This is a result of new city police commissioner William Bratton’s “broken windows” policing strategy that assumes targeting low-level crimes will deter more serious crimes. VOA Persian reporter Tala Hadavi met with a couple of buskers to find out more.
