Holocaust Settlement of $60 Million 'Bittersweet' for Survivors

U.S. Holocaust survivors say they are appreciative of a new U.S.-France agreement that sets aside $60 million for victims' compensation. But, some say, they wish the agreement would have come sooner so that more of their loved ones could have benefited. VOA State Department correspondent Pam Dockins has more.
