Falling Gasoline Prices Have a Downside

Plunging world oil prices are a mixed blessing for the U.S. economy in some parts of the country. Lower gasoline prices are helping family budgets, but they are also hitting thousands of oil company workers with layoffs. VOA's Jim Randle reports.
