Few Believe Minsk Summit Will End Fighting in Ukraine

The leaders of Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France emerged from marathon talks in Belarus Thursday with a cease-fire deal aimed at ending months of fighting between between Ukrainian troops and pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine. About 20 people were killed in fierce fighting in the days leading up to the summit and there are fears the hostilities will continue. Zlatica Hoke reports.
