Congressman Calls for Funding Body Cameras for US Law Enforcement

The recent shooting of an unarmed black man by a white police officer in South Carolina has prompted new calls for the use of body cameras by US law enforcement. US Congressman Emanuel Cleaver is sponsoring legislation in Congress to make this a reality.
