Obama Releases 46 More Nonviolent Drug Offenders

On Tuesday, 46 nonviolent drug offenders will have President Barack Obama to thank for their freedom. He will commute their sentences - cut them short - as part of his efforts to reform the U.S. criminal justice system. Obama has now commuted more prison sentences than any president since Lyndon Johnson in the 1960s.
