Europe tries to deal with the influx of migrants

The European Council president has warned economic migrants not to come to Europe, as they will be, in his words, ‘risking their lives and money for nothing.’ The EU revealed a new $766 million aid package to address the migrant crisis within the bloc. Henry Ridgwell reports.
