Dutch Reject EU Ukraine Agreement

Dutch citizens reject an EU Association Agreement with Ukraine in a non-binding referendum expressing mainly EU skepticism, but also concerns about Ukraine.  Though it's not yet clear if Holland may officially change its support of the agreement, Dutch officials say the outcome of the vote will be considered, Ukraine's President says Kyiv will continue its push toward the European Union.
