Hurricane Matthew Death Toll Rising, Cholera Threatens Haiti

Hurricane Matthew was downgraded as it made its way back into the Atlantic Ocean after wreaking havoc in several countries in the past few days. Communities that were in its path are beginning to assess the damage. The impoverished island nation of Haiti was the worst hit, with over 1000 people killed and some of the communities completely wiped out. Zlatica Hoke reports.
