Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump refused to promise that he will accept the results of the U.S. election in his third and final debate with Democrat Hillary Clinton on Wednesday. The two White House hopefuls also clashed over Russia, immigration and appointments to the U.S. Supreme Court in the debate held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
