The treasures of art museums are being revealed to blind and visually impaired visitors. 3-D printing can bring a canvas to life, as patrons run their fingers over the raised surface, to feel faces, flowers and landscapes. In Vienna, a computer-controlled milling machine has created an even more refined relief of one of the best-known paintings in the world. Faith Lapidus reports.
