Tillerson Begins Work as Secretary of State

In his initial comments to State Department staff on Thursday the new U.S. secretary of state introduced himself as “the new guy” and quickly cautioned foreign service officers and other employees to not let “personal convictions overwhelm our ability to work as one team."
