North Korea's overnight test-firing of what is believed to be an intercontinental ballistic missile, the first since September, has ratcheted up tensions and may indicate Pyongyang is now capable of hitting the U.S. mainland, say analysts. While it was quickly condemned by the United States and the international community, South Korea also warned the North not to miscalculate. VOA's Daniel Schearf reports from Seoul.
