Tillerson Touts Africa As Key to Global Security

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has embarked on a seven day, five-nation tour of Africa starting with Ethiopia. In a bid to strengthen ties with Africa, Tillerson will meet with leaders also in Chad, Djibouti, Kenya, and Nigeria. Jesusemen Oni has more.
