French President Emmanuel Macron wraps up his first official visit to the United States on Wednesday with an address to a joint meeting of the U.S. Congress and a town hall event with Georgetown University students. During the three day visit, Macron and U.S. President Donald Trump discussed bilateral trade, climate, Iran and Syria.
